Unfortunately due to our staff & company doing our best to ship ,any packages that may be lost within transit from our facility and in the hands of UPS we are not held responsible for. We recommend to contact UPS and file a claim for the package, as it is marked as delivered and there are records of it. Once again our sincere apologies .
