Thank you so much for contacting us we sincerely apologize for all the trouble & inconvenience . Unfortunately we are now using a different system in which the cost  varies when shipping to Military base,PO Box, etc.

We will cover majority of the costs however for each shipping label the minimum charge is $15. If you would like to proceed with the order we may invoice you the difference you paid for to equal the $15 for the shipping costs.
